A New Freedom Spanish offers comprehensive, flexible, and cost-effective substance abuse, behavioral health treatment, dual diagnosis, and self-study/in-cell resources for both adult and juvenile correctional and community programs, IOPs and EOPs.

Our resources are being used successfully in over 2,500 correctional facilities and community programs nationwide. These innovative, state-of-the-art materials provide quality programming at a very reasonable cost. You get the rights to make unlimited copies for use on each licensed site, with a site license that never expires.

OPEN TO CHANGE

This flexible, open group/open admissions program presents up to four 10-session modules. Each module presents a mini-journey through the stages of change, starting out with Pre-Contemplation resources and ending with Action Planning resources. Participants may enter the program at any point.

THE BRIDGE

Like OPEN TO CHANGE, this flexible program features 10-session modules in 2 units. It offers a solid, CBT-based approach for mild to moderate mental health disorders, enhanced with selected Motivational Interviewing (MI) tools, DBT elements, and critical coping skills.

DUAL DIAGNOSIS

A true Dual Diagnosis program featuring parallel substance abuse and mental health tracks that may be led by separate staff (substance abuse and mental health) - or by same staff member.

Our Self-Study Program in Spanish provides you with a library of materials that you choose that offers a structured approach to self-study. It allows you to keep your Spanish-speaking inmates productively engaged with a minimum of contact with your staff.

Juvenile Resources in Spanish

PHOENIX CURRICULUM

(At the high school student level). 25-hour intervention program that includes elements of the school curriculum, with additional materials specifically aimed at prioritizing the risk factors common to the group. It allows a wide variety of options, including intimidation and gangs.

CORE RISK FACTORS UNIT

This is a program of 10 open group sessions/open admission on risk factors and substance abuse.

This is a 7-resource youth program. The change-focused substance abuse resource helps identify feelings, problems, and risk factors, reduces resilience, and begins the process of awareness and personal change (31 sessions).
